Is publishing Images offensive to Muslims justified in terms of freedom of speech? by Alicia Antolín de la Hoz

I don´t like the question because it implies a desire to harm Muslims . We are in Europe and in Europe we have our own philosophy, our own culture, our own beliefs, our religions and we don´t try to impose them to anyone. We respect everybody, we understand and respect other cultures but above all we must respect our own and common culture. It is at the same time a very modern and an ancient one. Through the centuries we have learnt to listen to everybody but there is a limit: We cannot admit threats of any kind in our own territory. We are Europeans and in Europe we have freedom of speech. We deserve it because our grandparents had to fight even giving their lives for it.They had to fight in two horrible World Wars to defend our FREEDOM, we have the moral obligation to defend it and nobody can threaten us for doing so. We could get rid of two totalitarian regimes: Comunism and Nazism thanks to the help of the United States of America and we don´t see the need of surrendering to any other totalitarian regime in which in the name of their God anything can be justified.
